Ingredients:

  • Hass avocado  ¼ ripe, sliced
  • whole-grain or whole-wheat bread  1 slice, toasted
  • egg  1 hard-cooked or soft-cooked, sliced
  • salt  1 pinch
  • black pepper  1 pinch
  • crushed red pepper flakes  1 pinch

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread. Top with avocado; gently spread down and smash/spread with a knife or fork.
  2. Top with egg; season to taste with salt, pepper and/or red pepper flakes.
